Centric Search is a European executive search firm that helps Founder-led, investor-backed Technology companies recruit VP & C-level leadership team members.
We work with some of the fastest-growing and most innovative technology vendors across Europe, typically partnering with companies from Seed round through Series C+.

Our Origins
With over a decade of experience hiring C-suite leaders for leading technology companies, Ross began his career in the United States, working with blue-chip Tech corporates such as Samsung and Mastercard.
Intrigued to work more closely with the Founders & builders of pioneering Technology companies, he began working with earlier stage companies and helped build the leadership teams of some of the most prominent Tech brands of the past decade, such as Airbnb and Klarna.
Now, his focus is squarely on helping build the next generation of Technology leaders in Europe!
